The Castelli Appeel Predaia notebook is the original Appeel book. This is a greener alternative to other more traditional notebooks, such as the Tucson, as it uses a mix of recycled products including the waste pulp from apples. Hence the name.

Are you looking to move away from a traditional notebook such as the Tucson, Matra or even Moleskine or Leuchtturm to a greener option, but still want the same style of book? The Appeel fills this gap very nicely - it has a hardback cover, quality paper, inside pocket, pen loop and elastic strap. However the Crush paper is partly made from a mix of apple and other recycled waste. The cover material is called Frumat and partly contains apple waste.

The Predaia has a smooth cover and the elastic strap and pen loop are in a natural finish, which adds to the eco feeling of the book.
